It may not be politically correct but probably the nuclear power industry has created the least pollution. We capture almost all the waste product and isolate it from the environment we live in. I know of only two incidents one in the former Soviet Union and one near 3 mile island in the USA.
All the other three sources of energy have pollution problems where the manufacturing work is done. Building Solar panels requires mining and manufacturing with caustic chemicals.

Solar cause it directly absorbs energy from the Sun which is the main energy source for all forms of life on Earth.
Nuclear energy causes radiation pollution and if the radioactive waste is not properly disposed off, it can cause further pollution.
Coal and natural gas produce copious amounts of harmful gases on combustion.
