Buy the Home Depo screw kit, it has the star screw bit that reverses the one way screw. I prefer using a battery screw gun for demolition on public bathrooms.

There is a special bit (actually, anyone can but one at a hardware store) but it is not very effective. The most often used removal technique is grinding the head off.

Get a one way screwdriver!
Usually they either have to be drilled out or the head grabbed by a pliers type of tool

they use those type of screws to keep honest folks honest. When you learn how to remove them you are no longer considered to be honest.
