What is the language of the pokemon unkown?

I was wondering about that weird writing on the wall of that strange cave. This weird writing is located on island six in ruin valley. Also, this is all for pokemon fire red version.

It's probably just the unknown's lanuage. Its smaller, so it doesn't exactly look like the unknowns language, but it is. They also use brallie freuquently in the games as well.
