Blacks and wiggers. The style came out of prison culture. For some the pants just didn't fit, for others it was a way to show you were someones b'tch. Why would you ever want to be someone's b'tch?

You need to be more specific, you know theres the kind that wear their pants so baggy their boxers show all the time, or girls that are way too big and wear tiny jeans and have their **** hang out or people that wear too big jeans with no undies, or people that wear really really lose rise and not long enough shirt. one time in a gas station this guy was really fat and his pants were hanging all the way off his underwear because his belt had broke and I dont think he knew everyone in the whole entire store could see. I kinda felt sorry for him.

Generally one that has been raised by no father to keep him respectable, or a druggy one. Many people do not realize the importance of good posture through life and good support for their reproductive and abdominals. Sad but true. Same ones probably smoke often and do drugs if given the chance to snub their noses at authority, since nobody was able to step in and guide them as children.

the same kind of kids that thought it was "cool" to only wear tight white shirts and slick there hair back or the kids that liked big baggy zut suits. its a trend for younger people and it will pass. for the older people that wear pants w/ underwear hanging (over 25), i dont know what to say about them

My son does the comparable ingredient. this is the form. i be responsive to this is complicated to undergo in strategies, yet think of returned on your teen years and attempt to undergo in strategies some form of style assertion that your father and mom concept appeared idiotic. Therein rests your answer. i do no longer extremely like this sort and continuously humorous tale around telling him to "pull up his damn pants" yet fairly, in the grand scheme of issues, is this fairly that undesirable? There are worse issues adolescents can do. p.c.. your battles my buddy! EDIT: i assume it relies upon on your concept. i do no longer think that this sort of style fad makes my son (or the different youngster) appear like a "criminal". i'm extra concentrated on coaching my son ethics, values and morals to no longer BE a criminal--which he has heeded. do no longer positioned your values on others is my motto. sure, I agree that this is idiotic looking yet that does no longer advise that I view it as something nicely worth scuffling with over. i think of it comes extra from the Rap/Hip Hop community. BTW, as a social worker, i individually artwork with adolescents and criminals--my son neither seems nor acts like a criminal--nor do any of his acquaintances. Judgemental plenty expensive??!! LOL

where I live many of the girls do that now and they talk and act like the boys that do that and then they have their babies.

Back when that first started I would tell the guys "NObody wants to see your underwear." I won't advise that though!
