OMFG! I can't STAND ordering coffee at Dunkin Donuts because they use a spigot for the cream and a shovel for the sugar! Don't they understand we still want it to taste like COFFEE? I've just given up.

yes it is that hard. when go to McDonald's and ask for bacon and chez no egg they always give me egg.

Funny part is most DD's have a tip jar on the counter..wtf is up with that..tip for pouring a cup of coffeee??? PLEASE...
