Yes, and it usually occurs when one focuses on learning so much on P&S. There is just so much useful stuff here!!

Every so often yes, however, more often then not the persons internal organs actually exploded inside their body. Then taking the path of least resistance, the force from the explosion shot many of the organs and what not into their heads causing them to swell up and become unnaturally large.
