For example there could be study groups or committees garnering information for things such as advertising based on popular opinion. Maybe the government looking at popular opinion and social trends. Maybe publishers/newspapers looking for good writers. Maybe secret societies looking for exceptional people to invite into there kingdom. Could be sinister or not, large scale or small. It is a resource for study.

Church people delete my questions, and send me Violation Notices, that much I know; but I'm not sure what you are referring to.
Church people hate my questions, and somehow they are able to delete them. I even got one Voilation Notice that was blank. They had forgotten to fill it out!
As for your term "covert forces" I don't know what you mean. The church people are not covert; they are overt.
