how do I fix windowsill dog chewed on?

How bad are the window sills? If the whole sills is not damaged you can patch the damaged area in the corners with wood dough or car bondo, then primer and paint. If the dog chewed all the window sill interior, than I would cut the damaged area out and modify a patch piece to match the existing, and paint.

Either remove it and replace it,,,
Or spackle it ,sand ,paint it,
And keep Fido away from it..
