I have lived away from my hubby for about 1 year due to circumstances beyond our control. I occassionally find myself having a severe urge for sex hense turning to porn for ease of self gratification. The problem is that afer the whole session, as a woman I feel extremely dirty and guilty, causing me to fall into mild depression. I also can't bring myself to having one night stands for help. Hubby is a strict man and I don't even know how I will break the news to him as I will forever feel guilty that I betrayed him if I don't. I simply don't know what to do!

Well if you havent strayed from hubby & only masturbated yorself then you shouldnt feel guilty at all.
As the other answer says we all have urges & needs wether you are a man or a woman.
If you feel the need for sex with another man then go to your husband. If he found out that you have had sex with another man then he will divorce you if he is so strict with you.
Speak to him as ell to see what he says to you.

You have betrayed no one and should not feel guilty. Everyone has urges and sometimes feel the need to release their pent up frustrations. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. In fact, I suggest you share the movies with your husband the enxt time you two are together and let nature take it's course. I be you'l both be more than satisfied.

Why not have cyber sex with Ur Hubie or even phone sex is good fun.
That way your keeping your relationship alive and won't feel so guilty
By the way what do you believe he is doing to relieve his sexual tension?

dont worry about it, your not cheating on him!...everyone has to relieve sexual tension at times when their loved one is away, some choose to go and one night stands, you don't, why should you feel guilty? Question for you? do you know what your partner does to relieve his sexual tension when he's away from you? but do i feel a tad bit of infidelity in your relationship on his part! if so you deserve better hun goodluck x
