You should just get a referral from your doctor and go for the blood test, you don't need an appointment for that, and you could set your mind at ease one way or the other!!

If you got a positive, then you are pregnant. The tests test for the presence of HCG. You cannot get a false positive unless you are taking that hormone. It will not read positive if you are taking birth control pills, or if you took a Tylenol last night or anything like that. If it reads positive, even once, then it is positive. Make an appointment. If you got negative readings AFTER the positive ones. The test was probably faulty but tell that to your doc. Congrats, it sounds like you are going to be parents.

I think you're preggo. The tests that were negitive may have required more pregnancy hormones then the positive tests. It's easy to get false negitives, but false positives are extremely rare. Get some prenatals, and wait until your doctor appointment. Or goto a planned parenthood and get a blood test there to confirm. If he never got checked, he might still be fertile. Quite a number of men get told they're sterile, and either never tested to see if it was true.. or miracles happen because they get a surprise.

I would say that your pregnant. Congratulations! Miracles happen every day, and if you have taken 3 positive tests then you should be pregnant. everyone says you cant get a false positive, only a false negative. I would assume you are pregnant, and not do anything to harm the baby, and quit taking tests, your just going to get yourself worked up. The doctor will confirm everything for you.

I would say that you are pregnant! Sounds like something I just experienced. The negative test probably are ones that require more hCG than the ones you took that gave you the positive results. I agree with everyone who says you need to go to the doctor. Congrats(I think) and Good Luck! God Bless!

You are pregnant. It only takes one positive to indicate that you are.

Your biggest concern should be the health of the baby. I used to date a guy who was taking chemo, and they made it very clear that during treatment and for 6 months after, any pregnancy could result in a baby with severe retardation and/or abnormalities.

well it might be possible..anything is possible..sometimes the pregnancy hormone is in such low dosages in early pregnancy that it can possibly not be detected just keep taking pregnancy tests in the morning when you wake up when the hormone is at its strongest and if your wanting a kid cross your fingers and hope for the best
