Don't focus too much on money - that's a very bad idea. Do what you love. Success, money, and happiness will come easier.

If you do business and don't love it, it will probably be harder for you to succeed, make money, and be happy.

In either case, if you just started high school, there is still some time to decide before university. In the meantime, you should pursue both if possible, by learning more about both. Get a head start by learning more about business & psychology in books, but also more importantly, observe, study, and analyze real life examples.

Whatever happens, you should always pursue your passion, even if it's only in your free time. Even if you choose to do business, psychology will come in VERY handy. And of course, psychology is often a business as well!

I assume the psychologist because you didn't name what business or business position!! If your father owns an oil
company, work for him!!

But psychologists work 6 years for a master's degree, while a psychiatrist (where the real money is) takes 12 long years and does his internship. A psychologist cannot prescribe medications, but a psychiatrist is a medical Doctor too!! Consequently, he makes a lot more money!! @8-) Good Luck!! It is NO EASY CLIMB!!!

You can get a Bachelor's in psychology in four years, a master's in six and a doctorate in eight. Do what you want to do, the money will come later.
