has anyone used mascara...but then stopped cause ur eylashes were falling off?

well i did at first my eyelashes looked gorgeous with mascara but because of it my eyelashes started falling off now they look bald....
well not really bald but i do do have less eyelashes which sucks
has that ever happened to you???

that happened to me too.... i used to have really thick, long eyelashes. maybe it's the way you're cleaning off the mascara that's making you lose your eyelashes. you have to especially careful to not be tugging on them. were you using a curler along with the mascara? for me, i don't think it was the mascara that was causing problems. i think it was the eyelash curlers. over time, all that curling thins out your eyelashes and they fall out. ohhhhhh, the price of beauty we ladies pay! :) luckily, there's always the option of fake eyelashes.

I don't use mascara (frankly becasue i'm terrified of getting it in my eyes) and I have eyelashes fall out a lot. I think it's just your body shedding, though, try switching to a different brand of mascara and see if you have more luck with that.

That never happened to me but you should see a dermatologist and maybe you could switch to a hypoallergenic brand. Definitely throw out the one that made the lashes fall out.
