I have tried to plunge, no go. I have tried draino- still nothing. If I run the bathroom sink too long, it fills up and drains really slowly. Getting annoying! I use the sink @ least 2 x's a day. What else, besides a plumber.

Buy 2 bottles of Professional Strength Liquid Plumber. Pour one bottle in, go to sleep. If it improves, rinse and repeat.

Bathroom basins are famous for collecting hair. If you have the type of drain stopper that is actuated by a pull-push lever, I'd bet a six pack that the actuating arm has collected a hair ball!

If you open the stopper (push the handle all the way down) you should be able to grip the stopper and rotate it 1/4 turn one way or the other and remove it. It will probably come out loaded with hair! Once you remove it, run hot water down the drain until the P-trap feels warm to the touch.

Clean the hair and gunk from the stopper, and reinstall it.

All done!

There is a small hole on the side or at the top above the drain called an over flow hole- plug this with a wet rag and then run water into sink and plunge it really hard- if this don't wrk, take baking soda and vinegar -pour baking soda in first (bout 1/2 cup) and then pour one cup vinegar in and let it foam up and sit for 45 minutes and then run hot water down drain and then try plunging it again-this works for me almost every time!
