Yes, you can. But the sound will loop through any entry on your blog. (so you can't have different songs for different blogs)
From your home screen click on Manage blog (to the right of your profile photo) Then click on Customize Blog. From there scroll to the bottom of the settings and there is a section that is called Background Settings. In there you can specify the URL (web address) for the music that you want to play. I havent ever done it, but i am sure it is a way to do it, 99.9% of the time anyhtinbg can be made possible with electronics.such as computers, internet, web..etc.
