there are common symptoms such as
Nausea
Vomitting
lost of appetite
sleepy
fatigue
Heartburn
but some women do not have symtoms while others have mild to worse. It's depending on the HCG level as well as body's resistant.

the first and for most symptom is of course a missed period dizziness could be from a number of things like getting up to fast .... but if you think you are pregnanthere are some other symptoms... nasuea, vomitting, fatigue,breast tendernes..... hope this helps

i know when i first got pregnant i got really nausiated and threw up exorsist style all over the damn tub. But it is in fact cause by breathing in the steam just try to open a window when you are showering or in a steamy room.

Well the number one symptom is missing your period. If you don't have that, don't worry. Dizziness alone could be a million things.

Nausea, heartburn, tiredness, sore breasts, etc. Many symptoms. The getting dizzy could also be many things though, you should see a doctor!
