Wanna=aiza
peirce=Akhrom
my ears=wedani
Eghallis= To teas jokingly or seriously(be a pain in the back).

i cannot answer your question but i really would not recommend getting your ears pierced in Egypt where ever you go the hygiene is not going to be up to the standard you are used to. even the egyptians them selves will tell you that their health standards are not very high and that their doctors are not good.
think twice about this please
