I have a 2000 Xterra w/ 64000K. I just recently got it fixed after being in a wreck. Everything worked perfect for about 3 days. Now I notice that every time I stop, especially when I put it in park, a lot of white smoke seaps from under the hood right in front of the passenger side closer to the windshield than the front of the car. I have started to smell Anti freeze in the car and strong outside of it, but there are no puddles or any sign of it leaking coolant. However the last time I stopped in my driveway I could hear something sizzling somewhere under the hood, but never could figure out where. It was something obviousley leaking out. Has anyone ever had trouble with this before on Xterra's? or is it most likely something that was caused from my wreck?

one of your cooling hoses has a leak, sounds like yours might be one of the heater hoses that connect to the heater core on the firewall

Check antifreeze level ,check wether the temp is to high.
You need to see what color the smoke is. Blue is oil.white antifeeze, water.other smells could be brakes clutch.
