When contacting AOL how do you get to speak to someone who knows english?

Gets annoying doesn't it? It's not just aol it is alomost every major computer company or internet provider for support your calls are transmitted all over. usually to india where they get very cheap labor. I have used AOL in the past and I would ask to speak to their supervisor when they said he/she wasnt available then ask their name that usually gets you someone who speaks better english. other times i have asked why when i call a supposedly american company i cant even get a english speaking customer support. i have had to call over and over and make complaints over the email to them constantyl and sometimes i would get a english speaking american to call me back but Basically I dont think there is a easy solution to this Good Luck. I use Direcway/hughes net. satelite internet and ever time i call them i sometimes can get a actual american english spoken, but they got the espanols, hindi,pakis, etc.. also ... Good luck ....,

Try the corp offices if you really need some help...they will most likely put you back over to cust service anyway...but complain that you can't understand them and you want someone who can speak clear english.

what i do cuz everywhere u call its ether a bot or freakin african ppl LOL but i always say i cant understand u plz give me some1 speaks english fully and so and and so forth then when ya finally get some1 say ive had the worst time ever and iam thinkin of going to net zero they usally give u like 5 months free lol
