This is my exercise routine. I do it every day:
25 bench press (30 lbs each hand)
25 shoulder press (30 lbs each hand) This is the hardest excercise for me.
25 waist to chest (30 lbs each hand) What is the name for this?
25 bicep curls (30 lbs each hand)
25 push ups
I do a complete set in 5 minutes, and I repeat 4 times. Then, I do
100 crunches (3 secods each; good quality) in 5 minutes. Then I do the other routine again, and then I do the crunches again, and I'm done in 50 minutes.
I do this every day.

I do 4 sets of 10 pull ups every day, but not in my main working out routine.
I also run a few miles every other day or so.

I am 17 years old, and I have been doing this regularly.

What should I do to improve? I've been told by some that I'm overdoing it, but I'm having no problem.

You can incorporate some shoulder shrugs in and work up to the same reps. It will help build should strength and size as well as your back muscles.
