I need a health care worker and a social worker,to give tesamoney,in a case but are protected by hippa law?

I am protesting a will and need a state social worker and a health care worker to give testimoney but are protected by the hippa law,will a letter of protection work?how and were di I get one.

You don't get it. Your lawyer gets it.

You should seek legal advice. There is a HIPAA authorization form that would allow the lawyer to get all medical records. That I know because I do HIPAA authorizations @ work all day.
