Fluid leak in F355 F1 Ferrari is from paddle shift breather tube and I was told its common?

The paddle shift on the F1 is electrical. If you don't get it fixed all the eletrons will leak out and you won't be able to shift !!

It depends, mine began to loosen up but my mechanic caught it early and repaired it with an upgrade, refer to technical bulletin F9Z-101445. It should be under warranty, oh but mine is a geo metro, should be similar though.
