I've been feeling really stressed out and depressed lately with everything in my life. Im not even going to begin explaining it. But anywho... I need somebody to talk to. I already tried talking to my friends but none of them understand and it only made things worst. Also, please dont tell me to talk to my mom, I tried that before and she threw me out of the house for a week. (I'm only 13)
And I don't have a school consilor, so dont suggest that either.
Is there a number I can call to talk to somebody?
I really need to talk to somebody before I cut again.

I do NOT want to talk to anybody at church. I disagree with alot of what my church teaches.

I used to be a cutter. I hated the counclers. My friends never understood either. They told me to shut up about it, which just made me feel worse.
What helped me, is i kept a journal. I wrote down everything i could about what was making me depressed/mad, when i got the urge to cut.

Well, it might seem like no one understands what it like but there's a lot of people who do. I started cutting when I was 12, right after my grandpa died. It went on until the beggining of this year before I started talking to people about it. I used people online, my boyfriend, and upper classmen and teachers. They helped a bunch. where are u from?if we knew what state maybe we could help better. it is normal to feel like this when u are 13 but do not cut yourself! take care and i am sorry your mom is not more helpful to u.
