The best place EVER to go is http://vimm.net. Enter into Vimms' Lair and choose the option "The Vault", from there you should be able to navigate your way to search for the various games you are interested in. Then you have to download them and save all the games in the same folder together with the Emulator Files. You are however only allowed to download 10 games per day. Consult the ReadMe Document in case you get stuck with the installation and/or downloads. Here they actually warn you about copyrights and advise you not to download any of the games you do not have the originals of, so it is entirely up to you to do the right thing (or not). You can also download the BoxArt for the various games as well as the User Manuals. This is definately the best Nintendo Site I have ever come accross!! Enjoy!

You realize, of course, that emulation is illegal. >.> Anyone who answers you is breaking the law.
EDIT: Michael K, you moron. Of course they care. The characters, scenario, music, and everything else about the games, are protected by international law and are illegal to imitate, distribute, or copy without Nintendo's written consent. Something they won't be giving up anytime soon since they still make money off the old games. Royalties from any company that may use them in advertisements, anytime you here a Super Mario Brothers ringtone, Nintendo makes money. Not to mention Virtual Console games, and the fact that the characters themselves can be put into any other game, thus making Nintendo even more money. So don't go around spreading false information. Idiot.

First off, Nintendo does not care if you emulate their old games. They're not making any money off them any more, so it doesnt matter.
To answer your question, use Bittorent to download it (similar to Kazaa or Limewire). Goto www.mininova.org and search 'nintendo emulator'. Plenty should come up. If that doesn't work, email me.

go to www.torrentspy.com, and look around for N64 games. Download a bittorrent client, and use it (like kazaa) to download the torrent files from the website. Post questions on that website if you want to figure out how to use the files.
