For personal home use, yeah sure. It's much less dangerous than alcohol - not addictive, no chance of OD, it relieves pain. No smoking in public, though, because it's my understanding that people can get "a hit" off of second hand pot smoke.

No is life so bad that we have to find way to escape it constantly? I don't believe pot is a gateway drug but I believe if we legalize it whats next? I think its funny how we justify things by saying its only pot. Next time it will be its only cocaine and so on. Life good live it a little quit hiding from it.

All illegal drugs should be legalized and made available at a very modest cost. That would take the enormous profit away. People would still use, as they do now. The slime bag Cartels and dealers would have to find another source of income. Also it would stop most of the corruption in law enforcement. It would stop money laundering and much of the funding for terrorist groups. The good it would do outweighs the negative.

no, its would be much easier to just stop arresting people for it.
But it should not b legalized because it would harm agriculture. How are we going to convince framers to continue growing food, when they could make more money growing drugs. This the problem they have in countries such as afghanistan.

No, generally pot is seen as a gateway drug, we'd only be encouraging people to go further. What's next, legal crack, meth? We have to draw the line somewhere.

yes. It is natural, not addictive, and relieves pain. It won't ever be legalized though. The bottom line - money. The government could never make half the money off of it that they do now - arresting people, fining them, etc. Stupid, but that's the way it is. Drink yourself to death bc the gov. can tax the sh** out of that, but forget allowing something we can grow in our backyard for free!

Yes, it has therapeutic applications, does not cause physical oir mental health problems, is not addictive. The problem is two fold: stigma and the negative impact on our economy it would have.
