i have a time line to meet and a report to send it!! i have to do a report on the first crusade and i can't find enough info, help!!!

Well, you are certainly off to a bad start, because the first crusade happened several hundred years BEFORE what is known as "The Renaissance." Tsk, tsk. You should have worked on this sooner instead of putting it off to the last minute.
I sure as heck am not going to do your report for you. But here are some websites to check out so you can do it yourself like a big girl. Incidently, you could have entered "The Crusades" into a search engine and have had these websites already, instead of coming here and begging for help that you easily could have found yourself. Yahoo Answers is a lousy place to find homework help.

Just search for the First Crusade which was preached in 1095 AD. Wikipedia would have the info.
If it's not the First Crusade you really want but pre-Renaissance - then search for the Middle Ages. That's a more general category.

i think half your problem is that your searching for the first crusade and the renaissance... they are around 600 years apart.... below is a link for the First crusade - as a timeline...
