I've seen that most people hold the remote in your right hand and the nunchuch in your right. But I'm left handed so would the games still work correctly if I flipped it around (i.e. remote in left hand and nunchuch in right)

it doesn't really matter
its not like the wii-mote senses which side the nunchucks on
besides if the game required a hand preference either it or the wii hardware would ask

It doesn't matter and when you create your player on wii sports you can set your character as being right handed or left.

I don't think that it matters...as long as you know to hold it I think that you'll be fine... ROTFLMAO!
