how do you put a tons of layouts on your page so others can use them too?!?!?

hello! i want to start a layout profile but i don't know how to but the layouts on my page can you help me? is there like a code or something. i already know how to make layouts and they are pretty good. i just need to know how to put them on. comment back please. no one else seems like they want to help me!!!!!!
