It's a hard decision, I love all of them, I would probably go with Sound of Music.

SINGING IN THE RAIN is considered by critics by far to be the best screen musical of all time (followed probably by AN AMERICAN IN PARIS). SINGING is also on just about every list of the greatest films ever made, whether musicals, US films, comedies, or whatever. The others don't even come close, although the music in each of the other three is very popular.

Sound of Music -- how can you go wrong with Christopher Plummer and Julie Andrews? Plus I think the songs are more memorable.
I really like My Fair Lady too.

The Sound of Music, then the King and I...As a child the first choice was hypnotic, and the second, almost as fascinating. -cool question.

The sound of music comes in first if we're looking for historical accuracy, but My fair lady has always had a special place in my heart. :)

The King and I. Not because I enjoy it the most (I am a sucker for Julie Andrews), but b/c I think the cinematography is far superior.
