Rosa Parks is an exrodinary woman in life and in history she took a stand and didn't back down and for that black people need to take a deep breath and look what their people have accomplished throughout history with the positive influences like Malcom X,Martin Luther King Jr.,Nelson Mandella,And of course Rosa. I wouldn't so much say she changed my life but she'd inspired me to believe in what you want take a stand and don't back down and don't be intimidated by other's because chances are they are intimidated by you someone who is different, which is why they go out of their way to make you feel dumb!!

What she did was strong and corageous. But I do have a problem with how some schools portray her as just being tired and that was the reason that she didn't get up from her seat. That doesn't give her enough credit. The truth is that she planned to sit on that bus as a protest. not many people know that.

She was a political pawn of her employer the NAACP.

The women who refused to give up their seats BEFORE her should have gotten the credit but the NAACP declined to help them.

I'm glad that she made a stand. It hasn't affected me personally but it is an example for people so they know that when there is an injustice or they are being treated unfairly they can stand up for themselves.
