I agree with u.Both are outstanding players and players like them come only once in a while. But I have to say, wen we compare their primes, tht Zidane was better and he is still better. But Ronnie rocks too,

Zidane's career is over. Although both had a similar style of play and played rougly the same position, Zidane's over. Both had great vision, dribbling skills and great free kicks. Zidane has deserved every accolade he has received and if Ronaldinho retired tomorrow, Zidane will be remembered more than Ronaldinho. However, Ronaldinho still has time left and is a little faster and more athletic than Zidane.

Like we all know, Ronaldinho is widely acclaimed to be the best player in the world at the time. He has great skill and talent. Yet again, he still has alot to learn. Now Zidane, he by far is a legend. He has great skill and talent. He's proven to be greater than Ronaldinho several times. Do you not remember how skillfully Zidane played against Brazil as recent as the 2006 World Cup? His magic just went in and about the field as he led France closer to the gold and drove Brazil away. That's been the most recent time Zidane played around with them Brazilians, Ronaldinho being their best! He has retired now and earned his spot as one of the all-time best! Ronaldinho has alot to accomplish and he soon will. But for now, it's up to the future to decide who is truly better!

If ur comparing the two players in their prime you would have to say that Zidane was the better soccer player. Though Ronaldinho has the flash and raw talent, he doesnt the ability to step up in big games. If u ever seen him play in the champions league or world cup he disappears from the field while in major competition Zidane could step up and bring his teams play up to a new level.

Zidane was great in his prime i wont deny him that, but Ronaldinho is faster and has better at ball handling,so I would chose ronaldinho anyday, but Zidane was a great player

Zidane is too old now so he's not as good as Ronaldinho as of now. But if your talking about them at their prime, I'd still take Ronaldinho. He's ball skills are better. But i'll give Zidane the title as a better passer. He heads the ball well too. But Ronaldinho is better overall.

I think Ronaldinho is a player with fanciful skills and touches. But I think that Zidane is a more versatile player. His skills might not be as entertaining as Ronaldinho but it works well. And i salute him for his professionalism.

Zidane is greater! Ronaldinho has to play a bit more to get there.
