What's the difference and relationship between a director, director of cinematography, director of photography, and director of visual arts in a movie?

by director of visual arts i mean art director.

The Director supervises, controls, or manages the production of film and instructs the actors and crew members.
The director of Phtography aslo know as a Cinematographer works with the director and the production designer to achieve the cinematic "look" of the film.
Art director is responsible for maintaining the creative connection.
