I am in Missouri..we have 4 tenants that are 3 + months behind on their rent...I paid for the sheriff to serve an eviction notice on one of them..that was November...didn't phase her..Now I am paying a lawyer to bring it to court...It will cost me another $1000...And I may never get a penny back because I have to follow where she moves to and where she works for 10 years. But she refuses to get out any other way.
So far we have lost almost 4 months rent...it isn't worth it.
