Iran or any other nation?

If any one was to send a bomb into space orbit
and it exploded over us what would happen????

Well we know of one that did.One of the space shuttles disintegrated trying to return to earth.Nothing happened.Unfortunarely all the astonauts on board perished.Fortunately for earth any matter trying to enter the earth's atmosphere is likely to be burned up before any solid matter reaches earth

If it was in orbit, that is more than 100 miles up and probably closer to 200 miles up, then it would be so far away that probably nothing would happen. Just a very bright light.
