This depends on whether you have been able to extract an answer from him in kind, usually under the influence of either Bourbon or a strong hallucinogenic compound. In order to fully appreciate what you are proposing try to envision him unshaven, wearing 2-day old socks with a rare, but violent form of stomach flu and then think about your love.
In all seriousness, if you know in your heart that you love him, and he in kind loves you then waiting fulfills nothing. However, if you tell him you love him and he does not requite your love- well then you can always hog-tie him and beat him until he submits.

Females always seem to be ready to say I love you way before males do. I dont know your relationship but just know...If you love him, you love him thats that but if you say it before he is ready you could scare him off. Give it some time and if the moment comes and you will know when it is then say it.
