What type of shoes do you wear with a business suit?

I'm new to the whole Business world/job interview thing, so my question is: What type of dress shoes do you guys wear with a suit and when you casually hang out in a corporate event? Oxfords, loafers, etc?

Dress Shoes, Black or brown depending on suit color
Blue or black or dark brown can take black shoes
Brown or lighter colors, ..brown shoes
