The Skill, every human being should possess, is the ability to understand and empathize with others! This would put an end to wars, discrimination of all types, murders, crimes. Man has a long way to go to fully understand, respect and appreciate his fellow man. There are far too many instances of man's inhumanity to man, and at some point in time, we must all come to arise above our baser instincts of fear, prejudice, envy, jealousy, and greed. Peace On Earth! And Good Will Between All Men! Amen!

I wish everyone had following skills:
Learning & Awareness. Coz I feel that every human beings purpose on this earth is to be one with GOD. To be one with the universal flow, the wind, the trees, the flowers, the river, the ocean, the plants, and everthing around us, without being attached to it or being involved in it. Higher consciousness and ultimate knowledge could only be attained if we're open enough to learn from nature & aware about our ignorance.. and state of mind.

I wish everyone had the skill to be able to not judge. and i dont mean judge favorably, i mean not judge anyone at all. so many problems come from judging people without knowing the whole story... and besides, how can u judge other ppl for every little thing when ur not perfect urself?

I wish everyone could see the other side, It makes me both sad and angry to know that some people can only perceive their own position. That cuts off communication and caring, making everything a win-lose proposition. I much prefer the win-win paradigm of understanding and meeting halfway.

I wish everyone had the ability to see how their actions or inaction's impact others around them.
In other words if everyone would be aware of the decisions they make and the consequences of them.

Being able to read and comprehend well. If you can read, you can learn anything you want, entertain yourself rather cheaply, and you can follow instructions for just about anything you would need to do. Of course there would be some things one couldn't do just because he/she could read, but hopefully being able to read would give one the knowledge to know when a task couldn't be accomplished without the aid of a professional.

I wish everyone had the capacity to apply empathy to their dealings with other people. It would decrease conflicts a lot and decrease all kinds of discrimination and prejudice.
