I made a new computer recently and every time I try to play a video the picture is kind of messed up. There are squares around the video when I play it. I know its not the video cause it works on my other computer. I think it has something to do with my graphics card I installed. Its a ATI Radeon X1650 Pro.

Your video card might be loose in the socket or you may have incorrect drivers loaded. Check the card to make sure itis socketed and download and install the latest drivers from the video card and motherboard manufacturer.

That's a good card, shouldn't be the problem...maybe update drivers?
What format is the video? Do you use the same program to open/view it on both computers?

Sorry...you really don't have alot of information here.

Go to AMD and check to see if there is a driver file update and download it.
