i tend to talk to very few people ... as in sharing what things upset me .. but I must have one of those faces where strangers feel comfortable talking to me ..
the number of times when i used public transport where a complete and utter stranger would unburden themselves upon me... little old ladies concerned re their grandchildren. young girls and boys about their boyfriends and girlfriends .. wives about their abusive husbands ...
I guess it is easier to just have a rant and a rave with somebody who isn't going to be in your face tomorrow about what you have said .. is theraputic better out that in so to say ...

yes, I've had some very comforting conversations with strangers.
seems like you can tell them things you coudln't or wouldn't tell a friend or relative.

its soooo much easier! i can talk, and then walk away, and not having to worry bout keepin up a friendship, or anything like that.
