To the magnetic north pole, which is currently at about 82.7 degrees north, 114.4 degrees west.

If you were standing at the magnetic north pole (which is probably what you are asking) - if you held the compass flat it would have no preference as to which direction it would point. If you held it straight up and down the needle would point down.

If it is a magnetic comput then it will point south.
