need to find an old computer game.?

trying to find out the name of a game from back in 1995 or so, where you can pick chraracters and create your own play and they would speak and walk around and do certain animations. Did anyone else play this or does anyone know the name?

this game is interactive computer software. You create a play(drama) with a script and characters act it out

what genre is it? (Sports, adventure, shooter, etc.)

If it's sports, maybe Madden NFL '96
