What should I use to remove Sakura Micron black ink from skin and fabric?

My inking pen exploded on me and I still have dark grey spots on my hands. I've used soap and water, and it's faded to a pale grey, but what should I use next time, or now to fully remove the stain? Tips and references for cleaning skin and common fabrics both appreciated. Thanks!

Rubbing alcohol for your skin-or hairspray if you don't have rubbing alcohol.

Put layers of paper towel (or just a white towel) under the garment and blot with alcohol until the ink fades. I wouldn't use hair spray on the clothing because of the other hairspray components. Launder as usual once stain is gone.
