cleave = split apart, cleave = stick together

fast = moving rapidly, fast = unable to move

sanction = permission, sanction = prevention

These are homonyms, which are different words with the SAME spelling. I can't think of any opposite-meaning words with the same sound and different spelling, which would be homophones.
