Of course not. The Works Cited page is there for preventing that. As long as you take care to state in your text where your information came from in addition to having a WC page, you'll be fine.

yes. having or not having a works cited is meaningless in terms of plagarism. plagarism is about how other people's works are used in your work.

yes. Sometimes you have to List thea author/writer in the same sentence that you are using their info on. Also you need to list the same info when paraphrasing.
