No. There are many people who claim to be able to tell the size of a penis by the height, the feet, the nose, the thumbs and all sorts of different things. I can assure you it is impossible. Tall or short, most men are within the normal range of sizes - which is about 3" shorter than commonly claimed on the internet.

Not necessarily. Penis size depends on genes and how often he whacks off (just kidding).
A man's penis size is like common sense. God gave more to some, little to others. It just depends on the guy.
Size really doesn't matter anyway. It's the motion in the ocean.
