as u grow taller, is it possible to get a lower waist

I suppose, but it all depends on genetics and your environment.
I don't really know what a "lower waist" is, however.

If you mean a skinnier waist (and I suppose you'd want one), one hundred sit-ups everyday and some exercise (ie.swimming) would do the trick.

If you actually want your waist to be "lower" on your body...I can't really picture that.

If you mean THINNER waist, then yes, it's entirely possible.

But I think you mean a lower waistline, like having a longer torso. That's possible, too, depending on genetics and stuff. Personally, my legs have been the same length since I was about 11, so when I grew, it was all in the torso. So yes, it's possible, because it happened to me! lol.

Look around at your family members and see where their waistlines are. That's usually the best indicator. Good luck! :)

Absolutely. I used to be short and wide and ever since I had that amazing growth spurt I'm taller and thinner.
