I feel it is to be the best we can be, within ourselves. (not for anyone elses expectations).

Taking what we experience in life and learning from it.
Loving ourselves and being connected to ourselves. spiritaly, emotionally & physically.
Everything we do makes a wave in the universe.
And just like a tree, each moment is a ring around our core.

Some people say that the purpose of life is to get money, get a good career, get laid, enjoy it. Others say that the purpose of life is to show whatever divine power may be up there that we are worth a mention, and that we will make our way into Heaven. Personally, though, I've found that most people's purpose/quest in life is to seek out its very purpose. There are more people searching for why they are here (=Earth) than they care to admit.

There is no purpose, we live to die. So seen as we have nothing to gain, we might aswell live life to the full. I really don't understand why some people worry so much about small things. They may seem big to the individual, but if they took a step back they might see that on the larger scale that is life, their problem is not a problem at all.
Living everyday as if it your last is the best way to live, becuase you get the most out of it. Life is only an experience. Cherish the things you gain and hold.

The purpose for one is shared among all and does the purpose of life limit us to one purpose or many purposes for the same thing, life?
I have had and do have many purposes while here. From being a daughter to a sister to a mother to an aunty to the stranger, to just being me.
I hope my purpose is to experience as much as I can while here, the good the bad and the ugly to continue creating new purposes and new meanings to each new day

I think the purpose of human life is to grow and learn each day we live and that it is our human duty to help those we can reach to grow and learn as we do. Showing concern for others is another purpose I would have to rate into the top ten. With those things in mind, we will fulfill the meaning of an abundant life.

PURPOSE ? Sorry but I can't see that there is any purpose at all .
We humans are just part of the overall picture of life on the Big Blue Marble.
It is very arrogant to assume that because we have overun the planet and are in the process of destroying it that we have any greater or lesser "purpose'in being here than any other creature. All we are after all is 6 Billion intelligent Apes. How we use that intelligence remains to be seen.

i think we all have the same purpose on this earth. we are hear to choose Christ or satan.
i think that when you see a person that as a child did not have to study much got all A marks and then goes on to have what any sensible person would say is a simple easy life is really just a person who is taking the easy slow learners test in life.
when you see a person who has a learning disability or some other major problem in life as many do you are seeing a person who is taking the advaced test.
sounds funny to think the one with the great success most crave is really the one in the stupid short bus group and the one on the short bus is taking the advanced test . the one test that only matters. how much will you bear and still follow christ. that is the test and that is what life is all about.

There is no point. We are equal to any other living species on this planet and there is no debate about their purpose in life, why should we view humans as any different? We are an evolved species who happen to have an increased amount of intelligence, not some special, all mighty beings who rule and control everything. We should sooo get over ourselves!

(Not to be disrespectful, but) entertainment for the Creator. "In the beginning," God laid out an unimaginably complex story. He developed each character's individual story in minute detail, from birth to death. He allowed for a protagonist and an antagonist (many, in fact). Drama, comedy, music, magic, fun, tears, pathos, laughter - all the elements that make for great story. We get to play parts in this story (some would say we play many parts), and thereby fulfill our intended purpose in the script. We are, however, given some license to ad lib and to flavor our roles with our own interpretations ("free will") which only adds to the entertainment value of the overall production.

i.e. all the world's a stage

If there was a purpose to human life, I think that every person's purpose is different, yet some are similar to each other though. I think each one of us has many purposes that we can chose from, like talents and interests and special abilities, like for me, I would like to be lots of things... physician, psychologist, dancer, singer, children's storybook author and illustrator, anthropolgist, fashion designer, I think that we all have many purposes :)
