It would be a heck of a lot easier and less expensive than making a custom wrestling ring.
Should i get a trampoline or make a wrestling ring?

How would I make a ring?
I saw some gym mats, like those blue ones at the sports store, could I use those? I know where I could buy the rest of the stuff like ropes and turn buckles

A trampoline is good only for exercise and practicing flips and such. For anything else, there's simply too much 'give' in the trampoline's surface for it to be useful. And even with that 'give' it doesn't make some moves hurt less; actually it can elevate the risk of injury.
If you truly want to learn how to do the moves properly, get yourself a ring. If you're going to build one yourself, I suggest finding a local indy promotion that may (or may not) allow you to watch as they set up and tear down their ring. There are several different types of rings out there so you'll want to look at that as well. It takes more than a handful of turnbuckles and some rope to make a legit usable ring.
Whatever you decide to do, be careful! And if you really want to learn wrestling, consider getting professional training rather then building a back porch with ropes to play on.

A trampoline is only good if you want to practice bumps and flips, the ring is better.

A trampoline is elevated and very taut. If you bounce the wrong way, you'll be lucky to "only" break an arm.
Don't do it.

of course backyard wrestling always involves tramps, and whats cool is if you bounce really hard you can do a top rope move and land it and it will be standing so it makles the experience cooler.

Don't you pay attention to the announcers, "don't try this at home". If you want to be a wrestler go to a school and get proper training so you don't end up seriously injured or dead.
