if u are travelling to Europe u do not need a visa for all the countries but u will require a schengen visa to visit the schengen countries. if u wish to visit UK or Switzerland u will need a separate visa for them. also u will need to make an entry into Europe from the schengen country where u have got your visa from.

Being a UT Longhorn, I assume you're a US citizen. To enter Europe all you need is your passport.

If you're not US (horrors!!) then you need a Schengen visa which will let you enter the EU countries which have signed the Schengen accord (look it up) You'll find that not all EU countries are members, and some non-EU countries are (like Island).

And watch out for them short horned cows.

Assuming you are an American citizen and assuming you're traveling in Western Europe you won't need a visa for any individual country stay of 90 days or less.

If you are travailing to Europa you do need visa for some major countries other than you can shungan Visa which i believe is for 9 countries in Europa but for major once like German and England and France you do need separate visas

You need an entry permit everywhere. But you can get it from the airport itself.
