I get really mad when I'm at work too. I'm a courtesy clerk at a Safeway store, and sometimes I just want to yell at the costumers and tell them if they aren't happy, they can go to Albertsons across the street. So to deal with this, I'll either go outside for a couple minutes, or if that isn't an option I go to the break room and tell someone about how stupid this one customer was. This helps calm me down and allows me to not freak out when the next rude customer comes along, and to be polite to them, which will get them out the door faster. So if you ever find yourself with someone who is just driving you crazy, be nice to them, and when they leave, find someone to tell your story too, and get your anger out.

Well i think you should speak to your boss about your unhappiness at work. Good luck.
