In the past my fiance' has done things to make me not trust him but I can say that he has changed but it's so hard to trust him if I'm not with him. Don't get me wrong, I love him to death and I want to trust him more than anything in this world. I just don't know where to start. I see the change in him and I don't want our relationship to end just b/c I can't get over what happened. I need to get over this for the sake of our relationship and our kids.

Depending on what the situation was that broke your trust, you may never 100% trust him again. I speak from experience. With time, and him continuing to behave, you will get to a point where for the most part, you trust him completely. Just hang in there. Let him know how you feel.
